Kitchen & Living Room Renovation

Set within a 100-year-old Yakima home near a historic neighborhood, this kitchen and living room renovation focused on elevating the existing architecture while preserving its original character. With the layout and custom cabinetry already in place, the design centered on refining the space through elevated materials and thoughtful updates — including marble countertops, a cast iron sink, handmade bronze hardware, and upgraded appliances. Designed as the heart of the home, the kitchen now supports seamless indoor-outdoor living and effortless entertaining, with updated lighting, furnishings, and original artwork bringing warmth, cohesion, and a sense of timeless authenticity to both spaces.
